As soon as you enter the entrance lobby you get the pulse of the house, the eclectic vibes it’s going to offer.

We strive to get spaces interacting in all our projects which shows the expanse and the openness maintains the connection. The dining and the media rooms both open up into the living area making it one single space when needed. The living room has a strong square volume with a Veneer clad ceiling and travertine flooring connected to the balcony. The gold leafing and the metal ring design adopted for the entry console gives a retro feel and adds a bit of quirk to the space along with the striking artwork above which suggests to explore all Colours and dive into life freely!

The walls are kept simple and elegant with custom frame works and customised hanging lights adding a slick and elegant look to the space. The classy tan sofa and the custom made center tables with mother of Pearl Inlay and brass patti takes the central volume which is further Elevated by the carpet spread beneath.

 

The dining area breathes out fresh with a flourishing green wall overlooking the breakfast island which instantly exudes warmth with its solid wooden plank and lemon yellow hanging lamps complimenting the colour scheme with the greens on walls infusing life to the entire space. The kitchen - breakfast island and dining are all connected spaces which lead you into the living area.

With a touch of ethnicity fused in this modern family media / lounge area, ozzing warmth and charm, it has become THE BONDING ROOM for the family and friends of this eclectic 4 bhk apartment.

The media room is adorned with an intricate classic reclaimed wooden Jali as a central striking feature with pine wood panelling in the room. The movable bar takes the stage while socialising and making a classic standing with its rough stuco background and a self made portrait of Frieda Kahlo!

 

The luxury master bathroom space is designed in beautiful Belgium black and rustic black travertine marble, setting the backdrop, along with treated wooden panels which reflect the dark shades and lighten its tone.

The polished chrome fittings and copper basin shines out in the monochrome pallet, With greens breathing in life ! The italian marble verticals with wooden offsets have been designed to conceal the cabinet behind, which is camouflaged! The dark ambience goes down all the way when it comes to having a truly cozy and luxe bathing experience.
